Processing Time & Stock Check
All orders are processed and checked for stock availability within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

We offer FREE Express Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

International Carriers & Delivery
We ship directly from Japan using trusted express courier services such as DHL Express. 
Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays), depending on the destination country and customs clearance. 
Total estimated delivery time from order to doorstep is typically 5 to 10 business days.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs (DDP)
Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP) for supported destinations. This ensures a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected surprise charges upon arrival.

Shipment Tracking
